Contrary to popular belief, electric guitars are an instrument that requires you to master two very different things. One is, of course, the playing technique, but the other is utilizing the hardware of that guitar and that of the amplifier in order to dial in a great tone.
This guitar is amazing, the flame maple veneer is gorgeous, and another really wonderful feature is the ability to split the Shadow NanoMag acoustic pickup to one amp and the humbuckers to another amp. Really great things can happen with that if you have the equipment to make it work. The on-board tuner is also a really cool addition as well as the LED indicator for your current pickup configuration. It's tidy.
Here is a list of the general features: - Mahogany body material, AAA flame maple veneer top material, Mahogany neck, Slim Taper neck shape, Neck joint D profile, Mortise and Tenon; Glued-In, Rosewood fingerboard with mother-of-pearl trapezoid inlays material, 3-way pickup selector, neck pickup volume control, bridge pickup volume control, NanoMag pickup volume with push-push A/B switch, master tone, Chromatic Tuner: On/Off Switch, A-G LED note Indicators, 1/4" Mono (both signals blended), 1/4" Stereo, USB Outputs, Binding: Fingerboard - 1 ply (cream), Body - 1 ply (cream) - 22 medium-jumbo Frets, Bridge: Lock Tone Tune-o-Matic/Stop bar - Hardware: Nickel, Grover 16:1 Machine heads. This guitar is built for if you can only take one guitar somewhere you choose this guitar because it’s not only an electric guitar it can be acoustic or both! Plus it has a built in tuner so you can tune right on the spot.
This guitar has Epiphone ProBucker-2 and the Epiphone ProBucker-3 both sound great! But it is also great for a church, for playing with a band and recording at the same time because you can have two outputs at once, you can put one output into your amp and the other into your mixer board to record right into your computer.
The sound suits the Blues and Rock genre, well with the right Rig of course. The combo of the Nano and Neck pickup gives you a sound that you can't get with just splitting the neck and bridge pups, it’s got a syrupy thick twang. The Bridge and Nano are just entirely to treble happy when combined.
The guitar set-up is good it is very light and very comfortable; it’s perfect for just sitting around and playing with. The fit and finish of this guitar is pretty solid over all. It's a beautiful instrument, the binding is great, and top looks wonderful, neck looks and feels like a quality guitar. The guitar looks beautiful and it really does play nicely. This guitar is very durable too; the finish on the body is spectacular. Tone and volume knobs are the standard speed knob style, which holds up well.
It’s a great quality guitar with a reasonable price, because then it would surely be the only guitar you will ever need anywhere. Very wide sound range, beautiful finish, cool technology, holds a tune great.

- Fabulous guitar
This guitar is extremely well made and functional. Only one tone knob, but that doesn't really matter because you can achieve every tone your looking for and more. The nano-pickup is clean, but could use more bass. The probuckers offer great distortion and combined with the nano-acoustic pickup offer a more punchier sound that is even more distinct than a single-coil sounds. I ran stereo through a good guitar amp and a good acoustic amp. The combination of the two was outstanding! After many decades of playing guitar, I've never played a guitar that sounds like this one. I play mostly acoustic and this doesn't sound like my Martin but it sure sounds good. I plan to take it along with me to a lot of gigs. While I am worried about how well the electronics will hold up over the years, I'm very happy with the way it works now.
