It’s hard to name that one person who’s never played a guitar, or at least, wanted to. Hobbyists and occasional guitar players are in abundance, but those handful who are in dire need of a good acoustic guitar will certainly like what we’ve prepared.

Like the 200 Series, the sapele 100 Series incorporates layered back and sides, which offer extra resilience to fluctuating climate conditions, and a slightly narrower 1 11/16-inch neck. It’s one of the best full-size guitars you’ll find for the money, especially with the availability of Taylor’s ES-T® pickup. It makes a viable performance tool, a great entry-level guitar, or a second utility guitar for alternate tunings.
Dreadnought:- Taylor’s refined take on the classic Dreadnought shape produces a robust voice with low-end power, a snappy midrange, and strong, clear treble notes, retaining the essence of the balanced Taylor sound. The guitar will appeal to flatpickers and lovers of traditional guitar shapes and tones.
Sitka Spruce:- The most commonly used wood for guitar tops, Sitka generates a broad dynamic range and accommodates numerous playing styles, from aggressive strumming to fingerpicking.
Layered Sapele:- Taylor’s layered backs and sides incorporate three layers of wood, featuring a middle core of poplar with a veneer on each side. While layered woods won’t produce quite as complex a sound as solid woods, they allow to blend exotic looks with climate-resilient construction.
ES-T:- This single-source, under-saddle transducer features individual elements for each string, an onboard preamp, and the same active controls as the full ES. It’s powered by a 9-volt battery, with a battery life LED power indicator. A Phase switch for feedback control is located on the preamp board inside the soundhole.
